Lean iT: Identify all the redundant steps in your processes, automate with my teams those that can be automated in order to relieve the user and be able to free up their energy for more important tasks. Integrate  an internal vision of “waste hunting”, abandon the idea of selling useless or unsuitable functions, focus on efficiency and effectiveness, at your side.

Agile approaches: Beyond traditional Agile processes, a structured business approach allows me to guarantee flexibility in the creation and administration of tools by the teams.

Compliance and Regulation

Regulations: There are indeed production methods, coding standards but there are also regulations. I am very vigilant in the developments of the integration of functions which are in compliance with the standards on the one hand , and attentive to any declarations to be implemented to make the tool and its use compliant.

The C.N.I.L: Dedicated to monitoring the protection of personal data, I will do everything to implement systems that comply with the recommendations and I take care of the declaration procedures.
